Mileena Xochitl

 

 

Mileena Xochitl is a nineteen year old Global Defense Academy (GDA) Graduate specializing in weapon and defense design, social assistance, magic history and application, survival tactics, and  Oni culture and language. She is of the Rykeu race, which consists of special human beings who have special access to the spiritual realm known as Rykeuli.

 

Mileena is considered an optimistic, determined, and cheerful young woman who knows what it is she wants.  After her graduation into the GDA's Elite Guard forces, she joins her best friend and team leader Merci Vecoupe, her boyfriend and famous soldier Otto Adamasko, and their mutual friend , GDA 'Zoneball' star, Razo Kouken on Elite Guard team 815.  It seems Mileena's career is going to start without a problem in the military, and her optimism stays in tact as she is surroudned by people she can trust. 

 

This all changes when Tamashii Ryu, the powerful Spirit Dragon, awakens within her soul. Because of Tamashii Ryu, Mileena becomes darker, greedier, aggressive, and self-centered on some occasions as it tries to push her toward it's own objectives even if it harms those she loves.  Tamashii heals her when she is hurt, guides her when she is lost, and gives her strength when she is at her weakest. It leeches from enemies to give her an edge, and allows her to create any weapon her mind can conjure up to aid her in combat. It gives her so many advantages that at times she nearly loses herself in it. Though her determination keeps her balanced, how long can her will power hold up?
